We Build the Power of Wind on Solid Foundations.
For wind power plants that require precise logistics and advanced engineering planning in challenging geographical conditions, we manage all on-site processes from roadworks to foundations with the rigor and responsibility of a main contractor.
Starting from the excavation and lean concrete stage, this includes the complete execution of anchor cage assembly, cable conduit installation, grounding lines, and drainage infrastructure. It also covers the completion of mass concrete pouring in accordance with the project specifications, curing processes, followed by foundation waterproofing and backfilling works.
Opening roads with the width and gradient required for the transport of heavy-load blades and tower components. This includes carrying out ground improvement works on existing roads, constructing culverts and related civil structures, and laying and compacting upper-layer road materials such as PMT and crushed stone to prepare the road for heavy-duty use.
For the safe installation of the main erection cranes, ground stabilization is carried out in accordance with the results of bearing capacity tests (plate loading tests), and the platform surface is leveled and prepared for assembly.
Excavation of trenches to the project-specified depth for the plant’s MV (Medium-Voltage) lines. This includes laying cable bedding sand, placing the cables into the trench without damage, and closing the trench after installing protective plates and warning tapes.
Along the transport route from the port to the construction site, curve widening works are carried out, bridge bypass roads are constructed, and logistical obstacles are removed to ensure the smooth access of specialized equipment such as blade lifters to the site.
