Full Support from Site Preparation to Power Generation.
In solar power plant projects, we are more than just an earthworks contractor. Starting with site grading and continuing through panel installation and the completion of electrical connections to make the system ready for commissioning, we act as the investor’s on-site technical solution partner.
Bringing the site to the project-specified elevations through grading, along with excavation and filling works. This also includes the construction of drainage channels (V-ditch / trapezoidal ditch) and flood-prevention berms for stormwater management, as well as securing the site boundaries through wire mesh fencing applications.
Installation of steel structural supports using either pile driving (ramming) or pre-drilling and concreting methods, in accordance with the geotechnical survey. This also includes the millimetric-precision assembly and alignment of table systems.
Installation of the investor-supplied PV panels in accordance with the project layout, including clamping (fixing) and torque checks to ensure that the mechanical installation is resistant to wind and snow loads.
Pulling and routing solar DC cables, installing cable trays, and completing connector terminations (MC4, etc.). This also includes carrying out string labeling and ensuring the complete transfer of the system to the inverter inputs (DC Box).
Construction of the foundations for inverter and transformer kiosks and their placement by crane. Turnkey completion of the structural and finishing works for the plant’s control room (SCADA), warehouse, and security buildings.
